These multipurpose gel systems are designed for use with either precast gels or traditional handcast gels to suit your needs. Sturdy design has no loose parts to keep track of and allows for easy loading and removal of your samples. Hinged-core design allows you to effortlessly extract the cassettes without removing the core from the tank—for quick sample processing and immediate reuse of buffers for your next set of samples. The color-coded anode and cathode safety features help with identification. Tank design includes a stir bar corral and hinged core.Eliminate having to use several systems for your electrophoresis needs—this one unit lets you run up to four gels or four blots simultaneously! Unit uses 1.6 liters of buffer for either application. These systems accommodate 10 x 10 cm, 10 x 9 cm, or 10 x 8 cm precast gels.

System without cooling includes: lower buffer reservoir, two cores to accommodate a total of four gels or four blotting cassettes, four blotting cassettes with sponge pads, adapter plate for running single gels, and safety cover with attached power leads.
